In Tonight's Episode Of "I Will Beat Your Kids"...
Please be certain of the fact that I will beat your kids.
I know I absolutely look like I will beat your kids. This is because I will. I won’t feel bad about it either. Not even a little.
Flagler County Sheriff’s office responded to a Palm Coast high school on Tuesday, where a 6’6, 270 lb. male student knocked out a female teaching aide. Why? Because the aide took his Nintendo Switch from him during class.
Okay, listen to the whole situation, because it’s so much worse than just that. Not only did the kid tell her he was going to kill her, but after knocking her out, he said “he will beat her up every time”, and he also spit on her.
Allright. Check this out.
I know y’all know my policy on kids. If you have well behaved kids, that’s awesome. Great. Aunt Meow loves the kids, just wipe their sticky ass hands and kick them shoes off, they can come and hang out with me for an hour, hour and a half, no problem.
Anyone cries? Florida Room. Sticky? Florida Room. Whiney? Florida Room to wait for your momma and daddy, I don’t deal with that shit.
Make no mistake, I’ll beat your kids. I don’t care. You leave some grown ass dude around here who spits on me, I’m whippin his ass for him, and I don’t even care what y’all think about me. This is unacceptable.
If your kid can’t keep his hands to himself and doesn’t understand that class time isn’t video game time, he doesn’t need to be in the same class as kids who do. He needs to be in an entirely different environment, where there is more than one aide to a room, and everyone there is aware of his tendency to be violent.
I know that people don’t want to “label” their special needs kids. My own goddaughter, autistic, and I went through the same shit with her mom. It was years before she got the help she needed because nobody wanted her labeled. In the meantime, you had to physically fight her to get her to go to school, and every damned day her feelings were hurt to the point of crying. They know they’re different. Why are you making them pretend they aren’t?
To save your own feelings. That makes you a shitty person.
Yes. I said that. I can repeat it if you would like.
The State of Florida will see to it that your special needs student gets a top notch education. That’s the one thing I’ll give to DeSantis. He has not weakened the special ed programs at all, in fact, he’s made them more available. If you have a special needs student in Florida, they’ll arrange transportation, they get their choice of schools, they are entitled to a full education, just like every other student.
This is why there isn’t a single reason under the sun that you put your special needs kids into a class where they’re expected to follow a certain set of rules if they’re incapable of doing so. If they need more help in a smaller setting, they can have that. But, you as a parent, have to stay on top of what is happening with your kid. It’s not the responsibility of the teacher or bus driver. It’s your responsibility.
When you refuse to get your kid the help they need, this type of shit happens. Now the kid has a felony offense, and it’s punishable by 5 years.
Bruh.
In addition, outside of the legal ramifications, I don’t want his big ass in my classroom, or around my kids. There’s no fucking way.
Avoided a “stigma”, but now look at this shit. This is not the way.
That’s all. I won’t really beat your kids. I just tell them that, because Aunt Meow is sparkly, but terrifying. Control your brats.
Right now, I'm dealing with my grand-niece needing serious help, but her mother refuses because she will be "labeled"! 6th Grade, 11 years old, and already being suspended for threatening other kids with violence. I am SURE she has ADHD, possibly Tourette's Syndrome. I raised three who had it, I know the signs. Labels be damned, if your child is disrupting class, refusing authority at 11, she has major issues. FFS!

I weep for the future. It may not be all doom and gloom, but mostly. One of my teacher friends in NC said his colleague got punched by a middle schooler last Fall. Who in their right mind would go into the profession these days !?
