Bitchfaces, how the fuck are y’all? Fantastic, glad to hear it. However, let’s jump right in tonight because there’s no time for my yammering.
Have a look at this, courtesy of a reader I think I owe some thanks to.
Here is what we know about the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s office:
They will keep domestic abusers on staff, even when the abuse is documented by other LEO’s.
Domestic abusers won’t have so much as a note in their personnel files.
Domestic abusers will rise through the ranks like it’s the fast track to supervisory staff positions.
Domestic abusers will be covered for, catered to, and coddled. All on the taxpayer dime.
Again, this isn’t speculation on my part. This is what happened behind the lawsuit by Charity Arthur linked above, and it’s also what happened to Abby Bieber.
Add to that the complete lack of decorum dealing with families in the aftermath of domestic violence deaths, and you have yourself a total shit show. Thanks, Chad Chronister, you’re a real piece of shit.
However, don’t take my biased ass word for it. See the linked story and go have a look at the story of Abby while you’re at it. I did the research for you.
And if you’re as mad as I am, please use this link to file a complaint against this agency and their open season on female deputies. Because fuck them and fuck that.
That’s all I have tonight. I have to take all the “fucks” out of this and send it places. Please, share this to anyone you know who doesn’t hate women, ok? Ask them if they can drop a little form in the FDLE slot for your girl.
Thanks.

Your unique voice is a gift. You have a way of distilling the complex web of malevolent deceit that HCSO wraps around much of what of they say and do down to its irreducible, bottom line: a fish rots from the head and something very fishy is going on over at HCSO. This is not to say that they don't do a lot right. They do. There are wonderful people over there doing amazing work under the worst conditions day-in and day-out but.....they can do better. They can be better. They SHOULD do better. - and it's not as hard as it might seem. Yes, Chronister would have to cede some power and authority and I know that's a bitter pill to swallow for a guy with the power and influence (and ego) that he so apparently has. If they could only see that true transparency and true leadership could yield life-changing & life-saving results FOR HIS OWN DAMN DEPUTIES !! & the public, well then, his position as a leader of one of the nation's largest LE agencies (out of some estimated 18k other LE agencies), could truly soar. I fear his vision is too limited and his unfettered power won't permit him to say privately, let alone publicly, that they're making mistakes. It's a shame that a law enforcement agency that is supposed to be enforcing the law does not do all that it can to ensure that law breakers amongst their own staff are weeded out. Chronister once said to me that he couldn't understand "...what they're missing..." [referring to a tragic succession of HCSO Deputy murder-suicides - including my daughter's homicide]. The reality is right under his nose! As hard as it is to believe, Florida once led the nation in the study and development of policies & practices to eradicate OIDV (officer involved domestic violence). The answers are there. The best practices, the most effective protocols to address OIDV - in a comprehensive manner - already exisit but they have not been implemented. It would require leaders of LE agencies to cede some power and authority. Additionally, old-head, antiquated notions of why and how it's OK to beat your wife/etc., which is to say, an old-school culture of male domination of women, just simply has to go. It's 2024 FFS! Get a calendar Chad. If only he weren't so blind.
Just heinous. I hope this girl stays safe. Form submitted, although I used a lot of your words because.... it's been a week. Over here trying to keep functional. Barely.
